PS. I had initially named this release 'Nostalgia 160'. Through the recent discussions on social media and understandings I am changing the name of the release. I always thought the term '160' best described a mix of footwork/jungle but looking at and understanding how the term ‘160’ is watering down the actual culture of Footwork and Juke for what it is and the people that made it, and same with other genres that fall within the BPM I can’t actually let that name stay cause I think I’d be watering down the cultural impact and work put in by the creators that have influenced me to make this music. Considering Footwork, Juke & Jungle are all genres that inspire me I want to make sure I respect the history & culture behind it and I hope I can somehow provide positively instead of a negative impact on the people that created the music.
